The Integrity Calculator lets you see how storage temperature and time effect product Integrity.  Start by clicking the Change button to select the Life Curve for your product.  Then specify any two of the three parameters (temperature, time, and integrity) and the third will be computed automatically. 

 

In the example above, we've computed that, in order to deliver an avocado to a customer that will last for 5 days at room temperature (20C), we need to deliver it with an Integrity of 62.5 or higher.  We can then work backward in the supply chain and determine the integrity needed at each point in the chain.
