Select this to display the Report Selector window.  The Report Selector lets you select the type of report that will be used in subsequent Print operations.

Select this to print a report of the currently selected type.

Select this to display a Preview of a report before it is printed.

Select this to change the display to a prevoiusly saved layout.

Select this to make the current layout the default layout.  There are separate default layouts for the Online and Offline cases, so make sure you are in the desired state before saving.

Select this to save the current layout.
