The File Menu portion of the Layout Editor lets you configure the look and behavior of the File Menu.

Layout Filter

You can control which Layouts a user has access to by restricting them to a specific sub-folder.  In this case, only Layouts in the Company folder are accessible.

Show Logo Settings

Check this box to display the 'Select images for the logos' box in the Report Selector window.  Uncheck it to prevent the user from changing the logos that appear in the top corners of the reports.

Checking the box indicates that the item should appear in the File Menu.
